Angel is a 13 year old who absolutely loves riding bikes. She is to big now for a bike with training wheels but has severe balance issues on and off a bike. Angel has autism and epilepsy. Having a bike with a seatbelt would be amazing. Angel would feel independent and free riding a bike and getting out
