My grandson was born with server Hydrocephalus. He had a VP shunt put in at 3 days old, which causes him to have Epilepsy. His seizures are controlled with medication. He is globally delayed physically and devolpmentally. He uses an adaptive trike at school during PT. His PT along with me thought it would be good to get a trike for home so he could get out and ride with his two younger brothers . He needs a trike so he can play outside with them which will also help build his muscle tone.
