We all knew Jacob was unique since the first ultrasound. Despite all of his challenges throughout his life, Jacob is one of the happiest kids I have ever met.
Currently, Jacob is diagnosed with CNOT3. He has an intellectual delay, is an unbalanced walker (falls constantly), has poor/delayed motor skills and is unaware of dangers around him. Jacob loves to be outside but needs to be held constantly, or in a stroller that he is outgrowing. Jacob has two siblings and an active family that like to go to the park, on walks, and bike rides. We would love him to feel a part of the family and be able to bike ride with us! This isn't something insurance would cover, and riding a bike isn't just for fun - it is exercise! Building up those leg muscles!
