Gibson has Dyrk1a Syndrome, an extremely rare genetic disorder. Similar to symptoms of Autism, he is developmentally delayed, which causes a variety of difficulties in daily life. He is also gtube reliant & takes daily seizure medication. Thanks to years of physical therapy, he is a very active & adventurous boy! He is constantly seeking out bodily imput via gross motor movement. That combined with a lack of safety awareness makes him an elopement risk. This stroller would be a great asset!
