Ivy has Down syndrome and is a cancer survivor, so traditional bikes don’t work for her. Ivy loves riding a bike, but she has outgrown hers and it's time for a new one! We want to be able to take her on family bike rides, which is why we've chosen the tandem bike so she can be a part of our outings. Ivy loves to ride down to the bridge by our house and throw rocks in the water, and having a bike that allows her independence while also keeping her safe would be ideal.
