Tommy has Rett Syndrome, a genetic disorder that has many facets, including severe communications and motor limitations, ADHD, and limited energy. His residential placement is a small campus, so facilitating his movement between buildings helps his schedule and provides a great sense of accomplishment. He's had great success testing a DCS20 bike.
