Tobias was the first child in the US diagnosed with his disorder. He is physically incapable of moving his body in order to get himself around, sit or roll over. He was only 1 year of age when he regressed from a walking talking toddler and this disorder has highly affected him neurologically and physically. He depends on a caregiver for everything and it would be a huge blessing to have our son join us in our adventures comfortably riding along with his parents and siblings.
