Skyla is a rare jewel with level 3, nonverbal Autism. She also has global developmental delay, sensory processing disorder, etc.. Skyla is a huge elopement risk. She is very hard to keep in one place and becomes tired and in pain very easily. She also has other health issues. This would be very helpful in aiding her being able to be outdoors without it being more of a nuisance, rather than her finally being able to have fun.
