Lara is 100% disabled, diagnosed with Rett Syndrome at 19 months. She is 13 years old now and her activities are extremely limited. She loves to be outside when the weather is pretty. Her quality of life would be make soo much better if she had the ability to move around her community, ride her bike down the road or at the park, this would be greatly beneficial for her mental and physical health!
