Liam tries to keep up with his twin brother, who has no limitations. We bought them both a tricycle for their birthday last year, but Liam cannot use his left leg or arm well enough to operate it. Dad and I attempt to push the bike so he is able to keep up with his brother, but that’s not great on our backs. I would love for Liam to have a bike that is easy for him to use and when gets tired, we are able to help him maneuver it.
