She is unable to use a regular bike on her own, cannot paddle. I push her on her electric cars as she cannot comprehend how to use them. She legs have muscle weakness and give out. She enjoys being out doors but cannot function as other children her age so this would be perfect for her to go outdoors and feel as if she is riding a bike like others
