Livia has a rare neurological condition called pontocerebellar hypoplasia, she is non verbal and non mobile. She needs full support with all aspects of her daily living. Livia LOVES to be outside, she loves anything to gets her moving, from swinging
to going on walks. Having a bike with full support would give her a whole new experience with the outdoors and the ability to go on adventures.
