Fundraising for Landon B's Freedom Concepts Tandem

Landon is an adventurous 7 year old; who loves to: jump, swim, and partake in gymnastics! Landon was diagnosed with complete and irreversible blindness shortly after birth and we have been learning how to navigate a world of sight with a child who has none. Landon was later diagnosed with autism, developmental delay and a plethora of medical conditions. Although these diagnosis are scary and trying; they haven’t dimmed his light of loving and loving life to the fullest! Landon receives Mobility/Cane training at his school and recently began using a tandem bicycle (like the one we are hoping to win) as part of his therapy; He lights up when he’s on the bike and you feel his full sense of Awe and wonder! We are praying he can continue this love of cycling with his whole family! Having no sight shouldn’t be the reason he can’t ride a bike, and this is where you all come in! Please help give Landon the opportunity to take in the joy of cycling and let his ability over shine his disability! Much love.

The voting has officially closed today, but it looks like we are in the lead for votes! We get official results tomorrow to find out if we rallied together to win this special bike for a very special boy. Honestly, I don’t even have words to thank all of you. So many of you I don’t even know, and how I wish you could each see what a cool Little dude Landon is. He has a presence that’s gravitating. Although, our job is to teach him how to adapt to the visual World around him; he continually teaches us that a life without site isn’t so bad. He feels the wind glide between each of his little fingers, he smells the salt of the ocean when we’re at the beach, and he takes in each beat of an instrument as it is played. It’s not easy, and we struggle; but we see how to live through him. Win or loose this contest, we have gained a community of people who came together to support the dreams of an amazing little Boy. We humbly thank all of you for whatever type of support you gave to us; all of it was valuable. God told us this season was going ti be full of all things “New”, and I think this is just the beginning 🤍💫

Only a week left and lots to do. Thank you to everyone who has supported in any way. As a parent of a child with a disability you’re often told all the things your child won’t be able to do; and so we continually seek and look for any opportunity to help them be included and a part of all Childhood things. It is hard. It I is tiring. The along comes and amazing opportunity like this 🤍 Thank you from the bottom of our heart for giving us hope and a chance to be included in a world that we often feel so excluded from 💫

We are officially number 4! Thank you everyone for the continued support. We still have 9 days to campaign and give Landon the gift of cycling! Please continue to share our link. Despite our challenges, we have seen the love of community and it’s such a beautiful thing.

Thank you so much to everyone for sharing, voting and donating. We are #5 right now and have until March 19th to hopefully pull in many more votes. We appreciate the continued support and care in helping make cycling an adaptive sport for my sweet boy.
