Look how HAPPY he is!! Kane riding an adaptive bike at Physical therapy at Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Kane was born with Spina bifida. Because of his Spina bifida he can not ride or pedal a regular bike and requires an adaptive bike. Kane would love to be able to ride a bike along side of his 2 big sisters!❤️
