Julia is 8 years old but developmentally she’s around 18-24 months. Julia loves being outside and loves riding in cars with the windows down. She loves golf carts and really anything that she can ride on. Unfortunately Julia doesn’t have the motor skills to enjoy riding a bike and we want to give her that experience
