Fundraising for Beau M's Josi Stroller/Bicycle Trainer
Beau is 9 years old and has a need for speed!!! Due to quadriplegic spastic cerebral he is unable to sit, stand, or walk unassisted, but he loves to be a part of the action, be outside, and go fast. Beau has grown and can no longer be properly secured with the 5-point harness in his Bob jogging stroller and his legs dangle off the end. Beau would like to get back on the road and feel the wind in his hair again. GO BEAU GO!!!!

Unfortunately, Beau was not the top vote-getter and his name was not picked in the drawing. We have now turned our focus to fundraising to get Beau a Josi stroller. Beau has gotten too tall to safely ride in the Bob jogging stroller. The shoulder straps do not go over his shoulders, leaving him vulnerable to significant injury if I lost control or the stroller tipped over while on a run. The Josi stroller will allow Beau return to being involved, being outside, and going fast. The Josi will give Beau the opportunity to feel freedom and feel as though he is flying.
